Painting With Fabric
A Saturday afternoon project inspired by the work of Janet Bolton. I loved the idea of using this Nani Iro fabric as an abstract landscape for a collaged bird made from silk and cotton remnants and netting.

lovely. yum on its simplicity. would be a really sweet tea towel design!!
Beautiful.
I need to start experimenting more...
I really need to do try this. I have so many itty bitty pieces of fabric longing to be painted with :-) I just am not sure I am "artistic" enough. Perhaps if I found an old coloring book of shapes, I could give it a go :-)
